At Rapid Care, we are committed to providing you with high-quality cleaning services that meet your needs and exceed your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and cancellations or refunds may be necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can request a refund or cancel a booking made through the Rapid Care mobile app.

Cancellations:

Unavailability of Cleaner: You can cancel any booking free of charge until the provider accepts it. To cancel, open the Rapid Care Customer App, go to your booking details, and select "Cancel Booking." If you cancel before the provider accepts, you will receive a full refund for advance booking services.

Cleaner Unable to Attend: In the rare event that a cleaner cannot make it to your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the provider can decline the service.

You can choose to:

  • Reschedule your appointment: We will help you find a new time that fits your schedule.
  • Cancel your booking and receive a full refund: No cancellation fee will apply (for advance bookings).

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed into the user's wallet if the service is based on advance booking.

The following scenarios are not eligible for a full refund:

  • You cancel your booking before the provider accepts it.
  • You are not satisfied with the quality of the work, but the cleaner completed the service as outlined in the app.
  • Minor inconveniences or delays occur during the service.
  • You request changes to the scope of the service after the cleaner has arrived, which may result in additional charges.
